  • Complete insulated roof system:

    • 1″ tongue & groove sheathing

    • Roof underlayment

    • Rigid insulation (R-38 equivalent)

    • Furring strips

    • 1/2″ OSB and additional underlayment

  • Fascia, rafter plates, and rafter blocking

  • Heavy timber uncut upper beam system

  • 2″ tongue & groove loft sheathing
